The Urban Conservation Toolbox Grant - AgStem Program is a partnership between the Upper Ocmulgee River RC&D, Gwinnett Soil & Water Conservation District and USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).

The grant was open to community gardens, churches and schools to help install High Tunnels, Raised Beds, Micro-Irrigation Systems and Classroom Aquaponic Kits to be used to educate people on farming, conservation and food production.
